Southampton romped to an impressive Boxing Day win at Cardiff City 3-0. Jay Rodriguez continued his torrid form by netting an early brace, which saw his side snap a 6-game winless streak. Pochettino's men now face a stern few tests against Everton and then Chelsea and will want to prove their credentials as a top 8 club. Injuries/suspensions are piling up for the Saints, however, and they'll be without the services of Wanyama, Boruc, Guly, Fox, and Schneiderlin, while Osvaldo, Clyne, K Davis and Lovren are doubts. The Saints would love a draw here and may play for one, so expect Everton to control much of this game from the outset.
